Tofu Stedda Fish...

    1 cake extra firm tofu
    1/3 C cornmeal
    1/3 C rice flour
    1 t kelp powder
    1 t garlic powder
    1 t onion powder
    1 t dried parsley
    1 C soymilk
    1 T cornstarch
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees and spray a cookie sheet with canola oil spray.

Slice the tofu horizontally so you have 4 rectangles.

Mix the cornmeal, rice flour, kelp powder, dried parsley, garlic powder and onion powder together.

Wisk the cornstarch into the soymilk.

Carefully dip each tofu “steak” into the soymilk mixture and dredge in the cornmeal/rice flour mixture.

Place each piece of Stedda Fish onto the cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes.

Turn over after 15 minutes.
