Appointments...New Clients

Naturopaths recognize the inherent healing ability within every person. The practitioner's role is to identify and help remove obstacles preventing healing and recovery (rather than suppress symptoms), and to facilitate and augment the self-healing process. Several basic guidelines to client-care are to use methods and medicinal substances which minimize the risk of harmful side effects, to use the least force necessary to evaluate and apply care, to avoid when possible the harmful suppression of symptoms, and to acknowledge, respect, and work with an individual's innate ability to heal. A naturopath educates their client in how to achieve balance and health in their lives. Clients are expected to play an active role in their health care and are ultimately responsible for their own healing.

Free 15 Minute Consultation

We offer a free 15 minutes consultation as an opportunity for those curious about natural procedures and wondering whether this approach will be beneficial to them. This consultation will be for answering general questions only and not used for health assessment and recommendation purposes.

In order for our staff to serve you with the best of our ability, we request our new clients schedule an Initial Consultation and a Follow Up Visit.

Initial Consultation and Full Assessment Visit

Your Initial Consultation will allow our staff to have the opportunity to get to know you and your particular health concerns. Personal attention is given to each individual, gathering necessary information including your past health history as we believe each individual is unique. This information will help us evaluate your situation in order to establish a baseline measure of health that can be used to monitor your progress.

Follow Up Consultation

Your Follow Up visit will include a detailed report of our assessment. We will at this time be able to recommend various approaches and modalities available that will help stimulate your body's natural healing process. These recommendations may include one or more additional visits or a personalized program that will help guide you through every step of the way. Dietary changes, botanical applications, herbal, homeopathic or nutritional supplementation may also be suggested. Your assessment may also include lifestyle recommendations that are logical and sensible to your particular situation. This visit is also a good time to ask any questions that you may have had after your Initial Consultation.
