Payments are due at the time of your visit.

We accept the following methods of payment: Credit Card, Check or Cash.

Cancellation Policy: 24 Hour Notice

In order to give our clients the most effective healthcare, we do not overbook our schedules. When you making an appointment with our office, your time is guaranteed to you and no one else. Therefore, as a courtesy to other clients and our staff, we require a 24 hour notice of cancellation for any appointment that has been scheduled.

Clients are responsible for the full cost of any visit not canceled within 24 hours of the time of the visit. We confirm all appointments a day in advance - however, this is done strictly as a courtesy, and the responsibility for canceling an appointment remains with the client.
