Hummus...

    1 lb dried chickpeas
    3 T fresh lemon juice
    1 t garlic powder
    1 t sea salt
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup cold water
    1/3 cup tahini

To prepare chickpeas: Put the chickpeas in a pot with water and let soak overnight. Next day, rinse and add fresh water to pot, bring to rolling boil then simmer until tender. Let cool.

Combine all ingredients in food processor and process to a dip consistency.
