Dry Ingredients:

    4 cups rolled oats
    1/2 cup wheat bran
    1/2 cup wheat germ
    1/2 cup sesame seeds
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    1/4 cup flax seeds

Optional:

    1 cup mixed nuts (walnuts, cashews, almonds)
    NOTE: Do not use freeze dried or salted nuts

Wet Ingredients:

    1/4 T vanilla extract
    1/8 cup canola oil
    1/3 cup pure maple syrup
    1/8 cup water

Directions:

    1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
    2. In a separate smaller bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
    3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients thoroughly.
    4. Let sit for about 20 minutes.
    5. Spread mixture on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
    6. Check and mix/stir every 10 minutes or so.
